In My Time of Dying
Thank you very much. In fact, before we go on can we as one thing of you, right? That we'd really like you to do for us, as we intend to play our best for you, can you not push so much at the front because there's a lot of people getting a little bit hurt. Now I know that sounds a bit silly at a concert and you might say bullshit, but just try and ease back like six inches, each of you. Alright? Please, all of you. There's a few ladies coming over the barrier who don't look at all well so please cause you might live next door to them. Well that was a blues based thing. This is another thing that is based in the blues.

Since I've Been Loving You
Thank you. Well I know it's like talking to um, a brick wall, but I wish you could do something about that, I don't like to see people coming out of here mangled up cause it doesn't realy help them. Here's another thing that's based in the blues, which is something that you American people should be proud of. It's your music I guess that manifested itself in your country. This is a slower piece from a, from way back.

Ten Years Gone
John Paul Jones grand piano. John Paul Jones. Well throughout the ah, I guess, let's see, what year is it? That's like a real Rock and Roller's question. Well for about the last eight or nine years we've been coming here ah, and on the last tour it was about two years ago, we were doing stuff off Physical Grafitti. Well there's some stuff on that album that we always avoided doing on stage because it involved too much changing around and now we thought we'd like to, we always do the old shit, what are you talking about? That's why we're in Rock and Roll man. This is one of the tracks from Physical Grafitti that we haven't tried before. It's called Ten Years Gone.

The Battle of Evermore
Thank you very much. You're a most appreciative crowd. So we said we'd go through the spectrum of the lights and shades in the music we've been responsible for since we were all little babies. So this brings us to ah, of hang on a tic, Mr. Bonham's lost his tamborine. This is the part of the show that ah, we'd like you to mellow down a little bit and enjoy with us. It's an acoustic set. It's something that, if you've seen us before you ain't seen us do this since about 1971. So that's good times, good times. Fuck off. This is a song that brings to mind the ah, the rather pastoral beauty and peace of the English countryside about ah, six hundred years ago, or maybe yesterday. In England it doesn't matter. It's all the same.

Going to California
Alright? Bring it back. Well that was a song that um, I guess deals with ah, some of the vibrations, if I can use that word without sounding like a little old, some of the vibrations of Britain, which is not too far from here. This song on the other hand has connotations towards the United States.

Why don't you shut up there and listen for a minute? This is a song that's ah, I guess you might say inspired by a bad night with a woman.

Well thank you very much. At this point in time we'd like to ah, bring to your attention the focal point of the pile driving everything that you heard there. Lifetime friend. John Bonham. Over the Top.

That ah, was a track from Presence called Achillies Last Stand. It's a long story, but if you did listen to the lyrics sometime you might understand the relevance of it, very important. Besides that we had a great time. This song may be a little more familliar to you. ah I think we should dedicate it to ah, peace amidst the brotherhood of Louisville.
